Hello, loves! Happy Friday! Last weekend, we attended a bridal show (you can read about it here) and we brought dozens of handmade items along with us. A few of these items were by handmade artisan Wooden Hive and made quite the impression in our vintage wedding pavilion. We were happy to hear how many brides were gravitating towards this vintage look and it was amazing to hear how many wanted a set of custom forks, a cake server, and other vintage wedding silverware personalized for their own big day. Today we’re sharing a few of these vintage wedding silverware pieces with you to inspire your own look, whether your wedding will be chock-full of vintage finds or you’re looking to add a little shabby chic to your reception. Read on for more…
Vintage Wedding Silverware
Custom, personalized vintage wedding silverware – like “Mr. and Mrs.” cake forks or a personalized cake server – will add a personalized touch to your décor. Instead of an ordinary set of cake forks or a throwaway cake server you’ll use for one piece of cake, you’ll have heirloom pieces you can enjoy for years to come. Your wedding date can even be stamped on the fork handles.
My favorite find is this set of vintage stamped table number spoons, a fun twist on traditional paper table numbers.
To find more fabulous finds like these (including custom coffee spoons which I ADORE) visit Wooden Hive.
