Wedding Monograms

Posted July 14, 2011 by EmmalineBride | ♥ 1 Comment - Leave a Comment!

One key element to achieving a cohesive wedding theme is consistency. One easy way to achieve a consistent look is through the use of wedding monograms. Think of your monogram as a wedding “logo” which can be placed on decor throughout your event. Monograms can vary and typically either include one initial (the letter of your new last name), both initials, three initials (the first letter of first names + the first letter of your new last name) or your first names written out. To make your wedding monogram really stand out, be sure to use tons of color. Add your monogram to each element throughout your decor such as the save the date, invitation, menu, ceremony program, favor, and aisle runner for consistency. Take a look at a few colorful examples we spotted at Wedding Monograms:

Custom monograms can be used after the wedding day, too. Place them on your thank you cards and stationery for years to come.

Happy Planning,
