    Detroit Zoo Wedding

    August 9, 2012  3 Comments

Kim and Colin tied the knot at one of their favorite locations: The Detroit Zoo. They did their “first look” at the Butterfly House, followed by polar bear watching in the aquarium. After the ceremony, family and friends enjoyed a picnic-themed luncheon and delicious wedding cake and desserts (check out the giraffe cake topper and tower of doughnuts – YUM!) In true Michigan spirit, Kim and Colin showed Detroit pride with Faygo pop, paired with crowd-pleasers like peanuts, popcorn, and cotton candy. Read on to see how Kim and Colin’s beautiful Detroit Zoo wedding with photography by Tammy LaBar Photography. Enjoy!

One of our favorite details: ‘choose a seat, not a side’. And those lanterns? Gorgeous!
