Spring Flower Girl Dresses
1. Green Patterned Print
This one (named Quinn) is one of my favorites. The green design is so poppy and the bow detail is adorable.
2. Linen Flower Girl Dress
This style has a collar that reminds me of petals — perfect for spring! The hair crown is a nice touch, too.
3. Ivory Dress
This ivory dress goes with any theme! I love the long length and the short sleeves.
4. Mint Flower Girl Dress
Mad for mint? She’ll love this style, especially with the unique touches like a scalloped collar and rhinestone buttons.
5. Yellow Plaid Flower Girl Dress
I love this yellow plaid print! Pair it with the coordinating ring bearer suit, also available!
If you’re looking for a fresh springtime wedding theme, you’ve come to the right place! Check out this inspiration board featuring a purple orchid wedding theme with green mixed in. If you’re planning an orchid wedding theme, you can pick your favorite color (like white, purple, or green) and pair with a favorite coordinating color. For this board, we’ve used a mix of purple and bright green as one such example. Keep in mind that every piece does not need to be orchid themed (which may overwhelm); instead, pick a few favorite pieces and use coordinating colorful pieces for the rest. Read on to see what we’ve discovered + check out a beautiful orchid-inspired wedding giveaway at the end of this post. Enjoy!

Reduce, reuse, recycle. Waste not, want not. Buy local. Support handmade. It’s not hard to do, yet it gives back to the environment and local business. Today we’re inspiring your green side with eight easy eco wedding ideas to try. Each of these ideas – all handmade! – are designed to support small business and leave a smaller (but just as fabulous) bridal footprint. Read on to see which eco wedding ideas made the list…
Eco-Friendly Wedding Ideas
1. The Diamond
A handmade eco wedding wouldn’t be complete without an eco-friendly diamond ring. This one was spotted at Kristin Coffin. It’s real, and it’s spectacular.
2. The Dress
Fair trade and natural fabric is where it’s at! Check out the loveliness that Solitary Pearl is crafting up in their shop such as this beautiful wedding dress.
3. The Bouquet
If you purchase one bouquet (made of organic cotton), you can save it forever. I love this organic bouquet by Autumn and Grace Bridal as one option.
4. The Bridesmaid Gift
I admire Stefania’s shop, Twice Creations, which specializes in “eco-elegant” jewelry. These earrings would make a perfect gift for your bridesmaids… or a something blue for you!
5. The Flower Girl Dress
This organic flower girl dress is one of my favorite eco wedding ideas. Comfy for her — and cute, too! By Olive and Fern, photo by Kali Norton.
6. The Shoes
If you’d rather wear flats instead of heels, check out these vegan bridal flats by HydraHeart. They’re 100% certified organic and are available in custom colors.
Start the wedding off on eco footing with an eco invitation suite, like this one spotted at AmpersandInk Designs.
8. The Favors
And, last but not least, my favorite of the eco wedding ideas is giving guests seeds as favors. Instead of something plastic they’ll throw away, give them something they’ll actually use — and it goes right back into nature. These seed packets are by The Little Ragamuffin.
Brides: Are you using any of these eco wedding ideas? Have any others to share?
