I’ve been immersed in the book Bossypants this week, laughing out loud at Tina Fey’s hilarious antics including her horrifying honeymoon cruise story. Like most brides, when I planned my honeymoon I had no idea where to start. I wanted everything to be perfect because you only get one shot at an amazing honeymoon. After planning my own honeymoon – and reading up on the topic – I’ve learned a thing or two (or fifty) and I’m sharing the best honeymoon tips with you today. If you only took three pieces of advice, I’d want them to be: 1) RELAX, 2) plan ahead, and 3) have fun. That’s all you need. And, a honeymoon isn’t any better because of the amount of money you spend; it’s fun because it’s your first trip together as a married couple. So, get ready to plan the most memorable vacation of your life and read on to find out which fifty best honeymoon tips made the list!

After your wedding ceremony, where will you have your photos taken? Some popular places are: a downtown locale, a sports arena, inside your favorite local brewery, the park, a beach, or in front of a decorative backdrop. But what if you want an experience that’s like no other? Consider a trip with Maverick Helicopters! You can fly over the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam, the Valley of Fire, or Las Vegas at sunset in a helicopter. You then land at one of your selected locations, have your photographer take your pictures and then sip on champagne to celebrate! And the best part is that this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is more affordable than you think. Read on to find out more…

Keri + Drew’s shabby chic wedding is absolutely stunning. Their Iowa shabby chic wedding has so many beautiful details including mason jars, weathered furniture, and flowery greenery that pops. Keri and Drew went out incorporating the color green into their wedding details from the brides shoes and table centerpieces to their delicious green candy table. Using more than just the color green, one of the most unique and creative ideas Keri and Drew used in their shabby chic wedding was the use of plants as guest favors. Photographing their Iowa wedding was Emily from Emily Crall Photography. Emily fills us in on some of the couple’s wedding day fun.
