Do you love the look of ribbons on the backs of chairs, but you a) don’t want to spend hours doing it, and you b) don’t want to spend gobs of money on ribbon that will, essentially, be used for mere minutes? You’ve come to the right place! I love the look myself, but you won’t catch me cutting, knotting, and tying ribbons to the backs of over fifty-some backs of chairs. As Sweet Brown would say, Ain’t nobody got time for that. Instead, try this easy wedding hack: tie ribbons on the backs of chairs IN THE LAST ROW ONLY. Makes sense, no?
Just cut your ribbon the length from chair back to slightly-longer-than-the-ground; knot the top. Add several ribbon strands to the back of each chair all along the last row. Now all you have to do is pick out the perfect colors. These are pretty amazing, but I’m quite partial to light pink, peach, and mint. Feel free to mix + match textures such as satin ribbon and this or your favorite white lace fabric trim.

Thanks for your comment! Glad you liked the idea. I don’t know who has time for tying ribbons on ALL THE CHAIR BACKS. Not me! But this achieves the look in half the time (and with half the cost). Thanks for stopping by!
Very pretty and a great idea! You are so right – no time and in my case – no talent for it!
