I woke up this morning with a serious sweet tooth, likely the result of cupcakes enjoyed at a wedding last night. It was the most incredible cupcake tower with three different flavors – one strawberry, the second was caramel, and the third was chocolate mousse. YUM. You had to be quick on the draw – guests were going nuts over them (myself included). The top of the cupcake tower had a faux layer cake with peonies on top. It was quite lovely. Anyway, my sweet tooth has inspired me to post this DIY rose cookies tutorial which I may even try out tonight. It looks like a fun, easy-to-diy treat perfect for bridal showers and, of course, wedding receptions. You can use different food coloring to match your own decor… which I love.
