Happy Saturday! I can always tell it’s the weekend when I leap out of bed eager to get crafting. (Is it because I’m an active member of Create Every Day? Must be.) Today I am planning to make a burlap table runner for my bistro table on the front porch. There’s a neighbor down the street who sets up an entire vignette, so to speak, on her front porch. It always looks so warm and inviting. Of course, I can’t curl up on her Adirondack chair and curl up with a good book – that would be weird. So, I’m making my own. ;) I’m starting with a table runner, adding a vase full of flowers, a lantern, some comfy chairs, and throw pillows. I want to make it a nice little reading nook to sit and drink coffee in the morning. I very much enjoy sitting on my porch when it rains, too – it’s one of those little pleasures in life. But, there’s no rain today – there’s a big blue sky full of sunshine which is fantastic because my cousin is getting married today! Happy wedding day to Erin + John and to all of the brides and grooms tying the knot today! Enough about me and my ramblings, let’s get to the post, shall we? Today we’re featuring these adorable mason jar tags. These terrific little tags take my love (ok, obsession) for the thrifty jars to an entirely new level. Not only do I love them because they’re colorful and completely charming, but they’ll coordinate nicely should you use mason jar centerpieces throughout your event, too. Your initials are placed onto the front of the jar along with your wedding date for complete customization. The tags are handcrafted and stamped with a polka dot and brown theme, which works well in any season. I love the linen colored twine! Mason jar tag measures 1.75″ x 2.75″. Take a peek…
