Ah, good one! That’s crazy! I would think any bride who has a seating chart has one for a reason, and putting the tables together is pretty much like saying, “here’s what we think of your seating chart”!

And seriously, almost everyone has a B/C list. :) The trick is to send the next batch of invitations out to people who don’t have a close connection to those who already got the invites. For instance, your close relatives may have received an invite, but your friend Gracie from work doesn’t know your close relatives, so it won’t come up in conversation.

Also, be sure they don’t go out too close to the actual wedding date OR after the respond by date on your RSVP card (very important).
