Their Chicago wedding was this past August and it’s filled with amazing DIY details. The wedding’s personalized details included a chic wooden sign, romantic lighting, and handmade banner cake topper. Kristi looked stunning in her dress! Her gold colored jewelry and flower hairpiece are so alluring. Their wedding at the Chicago Urban Art Society was photographed by Bri, from Bri McDaniel Photography. See the lovely photos…

Bri tells us, “They set up a really fun photo booth with a neat back drop. It stands out to me because I am used to seeing photo booths with plain backdrops. I also loved the ceremony backdrop. It was shredded fabric, and very unique. They painted and sprayed coke and wine bottles for their table decor. They also had pictures of themselves strung up on a wall. It was so cute and really gave me insight into their cute love story.”

This rustic chic Arizona wedding was wonderful! Leah and Chase’s wedding earlier this year was at the Shenandoah Mill in Gilbert, Arizona. Sarah from Hagerty Photography captured their rustic chic wedding and all of its details. Some of the handmade DIY details included chalkboard seating numbers, candy favors, and table photo frames. See all the love…
Are you looking for chic ceremony decor? Just use hanging mason jar vases! But first… you have to admit that mason jars have pretty much taken over the wedding world. We’ve seen our beloved pint-sized jars used as drinking glasses, projects and insanely creative mason jar ideas, and we’ve even seen a plastic version of mason jars for non-glass venues. That’s how much they’re loved. Today we’re answering an Ask Emmaline question from Marie, who asks, “I’m hanging mason jar vases for my ceremony aisle. What size should I use?” Read on to find out…
One of the easiest projects to DIY? Candy mason jar favors! Fill a half-pint mason jar (or, I think these are pretty neat, too) with your favorite candy and add a simple ‘thank you’ tag. This couple apparently has good taste, too: they chose full-size Reese’s (my fave) and Kit-Kat bars, among other delectable treats. YUM. Talk about a favor that won’t be left on tables afterward.

Hi, loves! Emma here. I’m not lying when I say that coffee ranks pretty high up there in my list of my favorite things. From espresso to cappuccino to Keurig blends (like this, my latest obsession) to pumpkin-spice fall flavors coming out next month, I’d say that coffee is a fascination. Earlier I told our Twitter followers about the funny thing I almost did this morning so you can imagine that coffee is a pretty wonderful start to my everydays. It wakes me up, smells heavenly, and it’s the juice that keeps me going, going, going. So when I saw wedding coffee bar ideas popping up on our Pinterest boards, I knew I had to turn this into an inspiration post. Because, when you get down to it, coffee and weddings are both pretty amazing; add in a few handcrafted touches and the result is awe-inspiring. If you’re a coffee-addict like me, you’ll love these seven things every wedding coffee bar NEEDS to have. Enjoy!
7 Things Every Wedding Coffee Bar Needs
1. A Stunning Display
First, you need a central table where guests can help themselves to coffee. This is one of my most favorite setups to date:
It’s time for another Ask Emmaline question, this time from bride-to-be, Sarah. She says, “I am having a rustic outdoor wedding and love the idea of a welcome sign or direction signs for our ceremony and reception. Do you have any ideas for unique wood wedding signs that might work?” Actually, we happen to have a whole lotta love for wood wedding signs — the shabbier + more rustic, the better! To keep it simple (and not overwhelm you), we’ve hand-picked eight wedding signs to share today. Which one is your favorite?
