Price (and quality) will depend on where you buy; you have a great budget and you’ll definitely be able to find something amazing within that price range. Depending on how much lace is used, the type of lace, and how intricate the design is, you’ll see variations in price. If you shop online (we’re talking from independent designers, not factory sites overseas) you’ll have more control over how much money you spend plus the added benefit of reading reviews and chatting directly with the designer about your custom-made dress.
