Choosing gifts to your bridesmaids and groomsmen is easy, but what makes a good ring bearer gift? Bride-to-be, Ashlee, asks us what to give the ring bearer as a wedding gift. She writes,
“Hi Emmaline, what is a good gift for the ring bearer in my wedding? Do you have any suggestions? He’ll be 7 years old. Thank you!”
Great question, Ashlee! Thanks for writing.
Ring bearers and flower girls should receive a small gift, but don’t worry, it doesn’t need to be extravagant. A gift will show your appreciation for the hard work they did as a part of your ceremony. It’s not easy to muster up the courage to walk down the aisle and carry the rings, so a ring bearer gift shows him he did a great job!
For a 7 year old ring bearer – and honestly, ring bearers of all ages – I suggest a baseball. But not just any old baseball, one that is engraved with his name and special title on it. This ring bearer baseball makes a perfect gift and is available at CMT Impressions.
You can also add your own stuffed animal in a gift box, if you wish, like this:
Cute, right?
And it fits up to 4 lines of text with 15 characters per line (including spaces).
This is a gift he’ll have sitting on his shelf to always remember. Or he’ll take it right out of the box and start playing with it, which also works! 😉

Hope it helps! Thanks so much for writing.
