If you’re wondering how many cocktail napkins to order for the wedding reception, it is recommended to buy at least 3-4 cocktail napkins per guest; these can be kept at the bar.

For dinner napkins, plan to buy at least 1.5 napkins per guest. For a wedding of 200 guests, you’ll buy 300 wedding napkins. For 100 guests, you will order 150 napkins.

What kind of printed napkins can I order?
