Sweetly Stitched

Well, it’s official! I never would have guessed it, pretties, but it seems cross-stitching is back – and, might I add, it is in full force!

I’m a sucker for vintage charm, and these cross stitchings are so sweet. I found a few in particular that really struck a chord (thread? more appropriate) with me. In my future dream home (a 1920’s style, vintage farmhouse-esque little home gleaming with charm + character with wood floors that creak) I would love to hang a few of these darlings on the wall. Spotted at a.e. wilder, these cross-stitchings make great wedding gifts for the bride and groom, for your new nest, or anniversary and Christmas gifts! I love the colors, the buttons (such a sweet detail), and the personalization (wedding date + names). Adorable. A few in her shop are intended for baby gifts, but I’m sure you can customize with your wedding date and first names, if you wish (the ruffled one at the bottom is my personal favorite. Way too cute for words).
