What to Wear While Getting Ready for Your Wedding

Okay, so… a few weeks ago, we talked about how getting ready is one of the best parts of the wedding day. So, naturally, we’re answering the age-old question: what to wear while getting ready for your wedding. Your photographer will be in the room while your hair, makeup, and nails are done, sipping mimosas and chatting with mom, your MOH, and your bridesmaids. So, what are you going to wear? In the past, an old button-down shirt from your closet was the go-to, but we think you can up the ante just a bit. After all, it is your wedding day. Today, we’re shining the spotlight on some pretty amazing ideas for what to wear while getting ready – even down to what to wear on your feet. What to Wear While Getting Ready for your Wedding

1. A Robe.

2. A (Strappy) Dress.

I love this vintage dress spotted at Em’s Desert Rose. If you are going to wear a getting ready dress, opt for one with straps and roomy enough to remove by pulling off, rather than lifting above your head (which will undoubtedly mess your ‘do).
