I’ve worn a similar back necklace before and it’s very comfortable. The pearl at the end (or crystal, if you choose sparkle instead) helps it to be weighed down just enough so you feel it there, but where it is not uncomfortable. I wish I would have thought of this accessory for my own wedding!
