What kind of bridesmaid bracelets are there? That’s the question we were asked by Sabrina when she wrote in last week after we wrote this article on non-jewelry bridesmaid gift ideas. (We love jewelry for bridesmaids, but we also know that some people don’t like to wear jewelry, so we found a few clever alternatives.) She was wondering what kind of bracelets to give bridesmaids as gifts that weren’t too fancy. She writes,
“Hi Emmaline, I’m looking for cute bridesmaid bracelets for wedding gifts so everyone can have a matching one to wear. It is not necessarily for the wedding day but more for a fun everyday style of bracelet. I’ve only seen fancy bracelets or be my bridesmaid bracelets online… what kinds of bridesmaid bracelets are there? Do you know if there’s something that is more suitable for work or casual wear? What kind of bridesmaid bracelet should I get as a gift? Thanks!”
Hi Sabrina! Great question — one I never really thought about myself! Come to think of it, you’re right — a lot of bridesmaid jewelry you see is for formal occasions, but you don’t really see anything that’s designed for every day or more casual wear, as you mentioned. I can only think of a specific bridesmaid bracelet that we talked about for a proposal, so we did some digging and we found twelve kinds of cute bridesmaids bracelets you might like: cuff, beaded, gemstone, flowers, the popular bridesmaid bow bracelet, and more. We hope it helps while you pick out your gifts.
