To register or not to register for china? That is the question. When I (Emma here!) planned my wedding, I did not register for china. While china is quite lovely, I just couldn’t justify asking guests to pay for such an extravagant gift I knew I wouldn’t use – or, I’d be scared to use for risk of breaking – on a regular basis. That’s why we love this brilliant idea by High Tea for Alice. Now, you can have your china… and use it, too! Read on to find out more…
This is one of the most beautiful china sets I’ve ever seen – Lenox’s Chirp pattern – and High Tea for Alice can turn it into a 2, 3, or 4-tiered stand with an optional cup and saucer on top. What a great idea! Now, you have a beautiful hostess stand that will work in the kitchen as a fruit stand, as an appetizer stand for fancy finger foods and h’or deourves while entertaining and as a cupcake stand while baking with the kiddos in the kitchen. If there’s a china pattern you love, but you don’t want to commit to registering for the whole shibang, this is the perfect idea for you!
And, a few additional styles to inspire you…
Aren’t they beautiful? If you love these stands, check out even more at High Tea for Alice to see more additional designs to love!

So many pretty patterns. love this post. I’m sure glad I registered :) Makes throwing parties that much easier.
What an absolutely perfect idea! Brides have such an innovative use for their wedding china now instead of having it appear for rare Holiday dinners! Thank you for sharing- I love it!
