It seems the simple wedding details seem to make the largest impact. When we spotted this adorable heart-shaped diy burlap placecard via Style Me Pretty (photographed by Tanja Lippert Photography), we thought it would be a fun weekend DIY for you to craft with your lovely bridesmaids. Read on to find out how you can craft this DIY burlap placecard for your rustic wedding using just a few simple supplies.
Gather up your supplies such as burlap, hot glue, scissors, white cotton fabric, and a fine point Sharpie marker. Simply cut your burlap into two strips and form each side to create a heart; use your hot glue gun to adhere both sides together. Cut small cotton strips of fabric into flags and hand-write the guest’s name onto the fabric. Attach tag to burlap heart with hot glue. Place one heart at each guest’s seat, preferably surrounded by wildflowers and mason jars filled with freshly brewed iced tea.
And, there you have it: a sweetly simple rustic wedding place card that won’t break the bank!
