Happy Weekend! Emma here and I’m curious: what do YOU think of the grey wedding dress trend? It’s been popular for a few years now, but I am finally seeing grey gowns to love just as much as classic white (or ivory, or champagne). Today we’re sharing a handmade grey wedding gown from Milamira Bridal that might change your mind on grey (like it did for me). This is one of my favorite dresses so far, which says a lot because we’ve shared many beautiful gowns in the past. The sweetheart neckline… the ruching… the tulle bodice… the low back… this gown has it all…
Handmade Grey Wedding Gown
This gown is high on my list of favorites for a handful of reasons:
o it is handmade, lovingly made by two passionate young designers. They say, “Every single gown in handmade in our own studio in Saint Petersburg. From sketch to final stitch we do everything by ourselves. We always make sure to peek the best quality materials, order our laces from Europe and experiment with fabrics which are not so common for bridal dresses.” Love!
o it is grey in color (specifically, a bluish grey)
o it features a sweetheart neckline
o this gown has a ruched tulle bodice and low back (two major wedding gown trends right now)
o it features off-shoulder sleeves, which I love… and if you don’t, they’re DETACHABLE!
So, tell us: what do you think of this gown? Or even, grey wedding gowns in general? Leave a comment below!
You’ll find even more handmade wedding gowns to adore over in their shop. Tell them Emmaline Bride sent you!
Happy Planning!
