Great question, Chelsea! Thanks for writing. Ah, fall Mother of the Bride gowns: there are many gorgeous options out there! But first things first, I agree: some of the dresses for the mom of the bride or groom aren’t very stylish and it’s a shame because you ought to feel beautiful in the dress you wear to a daughter’s wedding.
Fall Mother of the Bride Attire
As the Mother of the Bride, the only rules of thumb are:
– DON’T choose a dress that won’t upstage the bride (obviously), and
– DON’T select a Mother of the Bride gown that is white (or a variation thereof, i.e. ivory or champagne)
