Our Real Wedding feature today is especially near & dear to our hearts because it features Erin Brooks, who is not only the talent behind Serephine (gorgeous handcrafted hair accessories – check it out here!) but she is also a dear friend. We are so honored to share her lovely wedding day with you.
What a beautiful wedding! It took place at The University Club in Portland, Oregon with an intimate ceremony of close friends and family. We especially love their use of personal touches throughout the day (for example, they included a traditional Japanese sake ceremony provided by Ben’s grandparents, and her sister sang Ave Maria during the ceremony). And, the bride? Hello, gorgeous! Check out that gown – we love! – and that smile? Contagious! Erin & Ben – you make a beautiful couple and we wish you all the best! Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Brooks!
P.S. The last image? It’s our favorite. These two are SO in love! ♥

Beautiful wedding-do you know where the bridesmaid dresses are from?
Hi Paige! We emailed the bride and should find out where they’re from soon. :)
The bridesmaid dresses are from J.Crew in “spiced wine”.
Hope it helps!
Such a beautiful bride and wedding! It’s wonderful to see real weddings, especially when it’s with wonderful handmade artists themselves. Her wedding is equally as stunning as her hair accessories.
Who designed her dress?
I am looking for something that isn't strappless… this dress is so pretty and classy!
Gorgeous bride and I love that they incorporated the old traditions. Lovely.
This wedding was gorgeous and oh so simple and chic! It looked effortlessly beautiful– not too much. Loving the bride and groom’s style, it made me want to be a guest at their wedding.
