If you’re looking for a sweet way to capture guest signatures, well-wishes, and maybe even instant photos of guests, try this alternative: a mini envelope guest book! We spotted this fun idea at a few different places. This trend is heating up and there’s no “one style fits all”; as you can see in this post, we found three options for you: this unique guest book alternative is available for minimalist, rustic, and modern themed weddings.
Let’s get started!
Wedding Guest Book with Mini Envelopes
1. Minimalist guest book with miniature envelopes
This style is by CatchThisMoment. I love the cover styling, the mini envelopes, and the crisp pages.
2. Rustic Envelope Guest Book
Next up: a rustic cover guest book that reads, “Best Day Ever” complete with mini envelopes inside for guests to stow their cards and/or photographs. By Ginger Ray.
And last but not least…
3. Heart Envelope Guest Book
A modern origami inspired design with heart envelopes inside. Cute idea by AshDelStudio.
Cute, right? It reminds me of an origami style.
How to Use Instant Photos in Your Guest Book
With mini envelope guest books like these, it’s easy to ask guests to snap photos of themselves and add them to the guest book. No stickers are necessary!
All you need is…
– one of these Instax cameras (many colors available; I’m quite partial to pink)
– lots of film
– extra batteries
That’s it! Add a sign like this to ask guests to strike a pose and add the photo to the guest book.
Guests can add their well-wishes to a card provided or simply sign their names on the back of the picture.
Isn’t this such a fun idea? Where were these mini envelope guest books when I was planning my wedding?! :)
P.S. Want another cool idea? Try this Letters to the Bride idea! (Book by TheCraftBus.)
Happy Planning!
