8 Ring Bearer Suits and Outfits

In response to Bethany’s question, the ring bearer should coordinate in style and formality with the groomsmen and the tone of your wedding. The ring bearer’s outfit is completely up to you and depends on his age. A six year old may be able to wear a tux, while a toddler would be more comfortable in an outfit (and I don’t think they even make teeny-tiny tuxes to rent in that size). You can also coordinate his look with the theme of your wedding: for example, a beach wedding might coordinate best with a pair of khakis (pants or shorts), a white button down shirt, and a bow-tie (or no tie at all) depending on what the groomsmen wear. Dressier look? At a formal wedding without a tux, he might wear black dress pants and a white button down shirt, tie, and sport coat.
