Alicia, great question! I know exactly what you’re talking about: those glittery / sparkly slip-ons are one of my favorites and I also had no idea where to buy wedding TOMS… until now! Let’s take a look…

TOMS®, a favorite casual slip-on shoe brand known for its buy a pair, give a pair campaign (they are awesome — they give a pair to someone in need when you buy one).
