Hi, loves! We’re kicking off this beautiful (80 degree!) first-day-of-May with a new Ask Emmaline question! Julie is getting married in August and she is looking for groomsmen gifts. The groom and groomsmen love craft beer, breweries, making their own beer, etc., so she thought something in the realm of beer tasting glasses would make a great gift. She asks,
Hi Emmaline! I’m getting married in August and the groomsmen are into beer tastings and going to craft breweries in town. They get together and make beer during the summer. I was wondering if you think beer tasting glasses would make a good groomsmen gift? If so, do yo know where to buy beer flight / tasting glasses that are suitable to give as gifts at our wedding? Thanks!”
Where to Buy Beer Flight
Hey Julie! Thanks for writing. Not only is it a good gift idea, but I wish I had the same idea when I got married! A beer flight or beer tasting glasses make a great gift for craft brew aficionados. And the best part is, most people do not own a beer flight, or even beer tasting glasses, so you know it’s a gift they don’t already have. We love themed groomsmen gifts: we’ve talked about fishing gifts, baseball gifts, outdoorsy gifts, and now, brewery-inspired gifts! It’s always a good idea to buy groomsmen gifts that tie into hobbies.
I did some research on where to buy beer flight glasses and here’s what I came up with. These look like the kind you would find at a brewery, even right down to the proper 5 oz. beer glasses that fit right into it. I spotted these at Barrel Art and they’re made of an old oak barrel! Pretty neat — at a great price ($32 each, glasses included!)
I might just have to get one of these for Andrew this summer!
The beer flight is available in three finishes:
And there you have it!

Hope it helps, Julie!
P.S. If your groomsmen like other kinds of flights — glasses designed for wine flights, whiskey flights, mason jar flights — you’ll find them here.
Happy Planning!
