Today we’re sharing the DIY braided bun. This style is great for medium-to-long tresses and can be worn with or without a veil. I spotted a few Real Wedding examples of a bride rocking the braided bun hairstyle in the images below (with photos by Leslee Mitchell. What do you think of this hairstyle?

DIY Braided Bun Hairstyle

I know how to get the perfect top knot using a sock (or one of these), but wrapping a braid around the bun adds a new level of dimension and texture. And, wouldn’t you know it… the time when I find this braided bun hairstyle is the week AFTER I decide to cut four inches off of my hair (and add bangs. Yes. Bangs. I guess I’m bolder when I’m pregnant!) According to the DIY image below, my hair is still long enough to try, so I’ll try this one soon.
