WOW! Mara and Will’s Crystal Coast wedding is a must see. Their wedding in Morehead City, North Carolina started with the couple getting ready. Will and groomsmen had these awesome skull and crossbones bow ties. Mara and her bridesmaids had these sweet custom robes. After getting ready everyone headed over to the Ann Street United Methodist Church. Mara’s father walked her down the aisle as Will excitedly looked on. After saying “I Do”, Mara and Will took time have some amazing photographs taken by Ellen from Ellen LeRoy Photography. Mara tells us, “We chose Morehead City for our wedding location because the area holds a lot of significance to our relationship. Will grew up spending every summer there with his family. And throughout our time dating, we would travel to Morehead for beach getaways. This was where i got to know & love Will and his family. When the time finally came, Will proposed on Shackleford Banks; just a small boat ride from Morehead. When planning our wedding, we wanted to highlight our favorite locations in and around Morehead — The NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores (Rehearsal Dinner), Ann Street United Methodist Church in Beaufort, NC (Wedding Ceremony), and Will’s Family Estate located on Bogue Sound waterfront in Morehead City, NC (Wedding Reception). The reception location was by far the most special as it was Will’s family vacation home for generations.” See all the photos…
