Disneyland Engagement Session

Edith tells us, “When Alison called me to photographer their engagement pictures at Disneyland, my heart skipped a beat! I’ve dreamed of creating images at Disneyland for as long as I’ve been a wedding photographer here in Los Angeles. We got to Disneyland around 10am. It was a Tuesday morning. I’m thinking we would be pretty clear of crowds especially because here in Southern California, in June, it’s still not considered summer weather yet. Boy was I wrong. The only way I can describe my performance with Alison and Dylan in Disneyland was that I worked like a ninja. I would basically set them up in a position at the right spot I wanted to capture, and fire off with my camera. I wanted to give the appearance that we were there alone, capturing something magical. I definitely am happy with how these engagement pictures turned out. It was quite the challenge photographing in Disneyland, but it was well worth it.”

“I have to thank the staff members at Disneyland for their grace and support. Everywhere we went, we had staff greeting us and giving Alison and Dylan the royal treatment as they knew it was their engagement session. As a photographer, we really appreciate this courtesy, and I would love to return to Disneyland for any other couples out there who may be thinking of using this magical place for their session.”

“Alison and Dylan will be celebrating their wedding in Santa Barbara on November 12th this year! They have known each other for 4.5 years and have been dating for 3.5 years. They call themselves each other’s lobsters, as lobsters mate for life. Dylan popped the question to Alison at San Diego Zoo Safari Park at the perfect location with the elephants in the background (Alison’s favorite animal).”
