One of our preferred Bridal Book vendors is Venice Events, a wedding planning team that is an expert in the area. They recently coordinated Tricia and Mark’s Real Wedding in Italy and today we’re showing a few shots from their ceremony and reception by photographer Adrian Wood.
Tricia and Mark’s wedding was held at Bauer Palladio on Giudecca Island, which is located in the Venice lagoon in Italy. A few raindrops made their way into the ceremony, but it didn’t stop the couple (and their guests) from having a perfect day from start to finish. The couple chose a religious ceremony outdoors celebrated by a priest, who, according to the wedding planner, was a wonderful celebrant and made guests laugh. The wedding reception lasted from sunset into the wee hours of the night, with an elegant dinner, dancing, and a jazz group thoroughly enjoyed by guests. And, during the ceremony, a white rabbit hopped into the area which was quite unusual to see. We looked it up and apparently a white rabbit is a sign of good luck, so we think that’s pretty wonderful to see for the happy couple. We wish Tricia and Mark a wonderful marriage together!
