Venice Canals Engagement Session
Edith tells us, “Aaron and Lisa met through mutual friends while he was doing his business school summer internship in Newport Beach.” Lisa continues, “Before we knew it, we spent every day together for the entire summer. We’ve been together and known each other for two and a half years. After that summer, when Aaron went back to Berkeley and I stayed in Costa Mesa, our relationship changed into a long-distance one. While it was difficult, we talked on the phone every night and flew to see each other every other weekend. As soon as Aaron finished school nine months later, he got a job in Santa Monica.”
Aaron tells us, “I fell in love with Lisa after just a few months of dating. I felt so sure about Lisa that I introduced her to my entire extended family after only two months. By the end of that first summer, I realized I was the happiest I’d ever been in my life, and at that point I knew I had found the woman of my dreams.”
Lisa tells us, “I fell in love with Aaron despite the fact I tried not to because I knew he would be going back to Berkeley. But I really couldn’t help falling madly in love with him. We didn’t even need to communicate with words because we both knew how we felt and how much we missed each other. It was one of the most memorable and happiest moments of my life that I’ll never forget.
Aaron took me to Catalina for our 2 year anniversary. We had an incredible day of sightseeing, a delicious dinner, and a romantic moonlight walk on beach. Afterward we went back to our hotel and had some champagne, and as I laid down to go to sleep, Aaron knelt beside me and asked me to make him the happiest man in the world as he pulled out the engagement ring.”
Edith tells us, “Lisa’s dream wedding would be one where all her guests are really entertained and enjoy themselves. Life can be stressful, busy, and full of hardships, so many people don’t take the time to have fun and enjoy life. What better time than at their wedding? Their wedding theme is romantic-vintage, so guests can expect a lot of sentimental moments throughout the wedding and antique details in the décor. Their wedding is taking place in April at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula, CA.”
