Vermont Backyard Wedding
Their photographer Marina tells us, “Jenna Baker and Jake Hunt were married in the Hunt’s next door neighbor’s backyard in Pittsfield, VT on July 20th, 2013. Jake’s sister arranged and made the items on the sweets table and the cake was even made by loved ones which included a brilliant and delicious cake with a marshmallow icing and red velvet inside. Although it down poured through the ceremony, the guests, consisting of the closest of family and friends, still hovered with their umbrellas to hear the I Do’s. And rumor has it…rain is lucky on a wedding day! After the ceremony we went next door to Jake’s parents house, where the cabin he built in 12th grade still stood. It was a phenomenal prop to play with such a good looking group! The brown vests, jeans, and boots were very fitting for the men, while the girls wore adorable blue lace dresses and cowboy boots. Friends were a huge part of the day. Several good friends sang love songs including a few hilarious songs to the couple. The groom’s dearest friend was even home from the army to be best man on their wedding day! It was overall, such a special day.”
