It is likely that most of your beloved wedding day items may not fit into your home decor after the wedding (and that’s understandable). However, some items – like your ring pillow – will only be used for a minute or two and stowed away in your attic to live with dust bunnies forever. But we think there has to be a better way… which is why we’re sharing an idea on how to reuse your ring pillow with help from the lovely shop at Sarah Smile Design. Read on to find out more…
How to Reuse Your Ring Pillow
While these pillows may not necessarily be labeled as “ring” pillows, that doesn’t mean you can’t use them as such. It’s easy to do so: simply tie a pretty satin ribbon in your wedding palette around the pillow to secure the rings or sew a ribbon gently into the upper corner. After the wedding, remove your ribbon and place the pillow on your couch or in your room. Now, you’ll have a pillow that is enjoyed for years, rather than for a few minutes during the ceremony.
See? It’s easy! This also makes a great gift for a couple’s bridal shower.
