1. Ling’s Moment
BEST FOR: Cheap wedding aisle decoration ideas, arch decorations, decor for pews, ceremony chairs, draping, head table decorations, floral projects, bouquets, boutonnieres, and table runners. They also offer linens of all kinds.
You may have considered wedding decor on Amazon, but it’s a madhouse when you’re not sure where to look. That’s why I adore Ling’s Moment: it’s one of the top places to buy wedding decor cheap, but a total hidden secret to many.
Since it’s positioned inside Amazon, you sort of stumble upon it when searching for decorations, and when you do, it’s an amazing discovery. From arch draping to head table decorations, ceremony chair decor, bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces… they have it all.
I frequently buy decor for weddings on sale here. In my opinion, they’re the best for ceremony arch draping and decor, along with aisle decorations. You can’t find the same quality products for less anywhere else.
• Fast Shipping
Since their store is located on Amazon, it’s the best place to get decor shipped quickly, typically within 2-days. I’m never left waiting when I order from their store and the quality is consistently incredible — an important thing to note when you’re decorating for a wedding!
• Shop By Color
You can shop by color palette, which is extremely helpful when you want to buy wedding decor without colors in mind. You can envision how the colors will pair together at your wedding, perhaps even choose the colors you want for your decor after seeing their collections!
2. ZCreateDesign
BEST FOR: Welcome signs, table numbers that look unique, acrylic place cards, signature cocktail signs, backdrop signage, cake toppers, seating charts, acrylic guest book alternatives.
This is a hidden gem on Etsy: it’s one of the most deserving shops of the spotlight as the owners are so passionate about their work. What I love most about this decor shop is the ability to find truly unique, one-of-a-kind decorations for weddings, unlike every other place you will find.
Some of the notable items you’ll find here include seating charts, table numbers, head table decorations, sweetheart table signage, chair signs, cake toppers, signature drink signs, and so much more. You’ll find the latest wedding decor trends with finds like acrylic, mirrored signs, modern arch-shaped decor, and more interesting designs.
3. ForYourParty
BEST FOR: Personalized wedding napkins, cups, matches, bags, tags, favors.
They offer customization on all of their products. It’s easy to use, they have awesome customer service if you run into a jam, and they offer quick shipping.
You can shop on their website here or their Etsy shop here.
When it comes to napkins, I haven’t found a place that offers such fun options and colorful details quite like this store. I love their variety.
They’re also an awesome resource for decorative party cups, like wedding cups for the bar. You can find many designs here.
They’re also widely known matchbox favors: couples and guests love them because they’re the most useful wedding favors you can purchase.
You can also get can cooler favors to give out at your wedding.
4. Zazzle
BEST FOR: Save the dates, wedding invitations, escort cards, place cards, napkins, drinkware, welcome signs, bags, favor tags, and tabletop signs.
Widely known for its printed t-shirts and mugs, Zazzle has really made a name for itself in the wedding world. Originally my favorite place to find cheap save the dates, it’s now a pinnacle place to find favor tags, bags, welcome signs, place cards, invitations, RSVP cards, enclosures, and so much more. You can even make quality seating charts, welcome signs, and ceremony programs.
Since every item is customizable, you feel like you’re the designer at the helm and can totally position items the way you want them to look.
• Sales All The Time
In addition, there’s nearly always a sale happening, so you can shop cheap wedding decor at additional discounted prices. Keep an eye out for discount codes on their site: they’re usually listed at the top of the homepage and wedding products are frequently included in the deals.
• Shop Early
My best advice: shop early, since shipping can sometimes take a while. You should also read reviews before you purchase. And when it comes to buying anything decorative that involves paper, always opt for the best cardstock option you can. As a wedding coordinator, it really matters when you have paper decor, as the cheapest styles are very flimsy and don’t look as nice.
5. Hobby Lobby
BEST FOR: Signage, table runners, garland and greenery, ceremony petals, floral decorations, bouquets, centerpieces, lanterns, candles, and mirrors.
If you follow me on Instagram, perhaps you came shopping with me at Hobby Lobby recently! 😄 I frequently visit my local store to shop for home decor, but it’s also a terrific shop to find cheap wedding decor.
• Find Cheap Decor on Sale
One of the things I’ve realized is you’ll want to wait until they have wedding decor on sale. They offer a new sale each week and promote it on their website, but if you wait a few weeks the wedding decorations sale comes up and, bam, most items are 40% off. It’s pretty incredible. Why pay full price when you can wait a bit and score it at almost half off?!
• Shop In-Store or Online
It’s nice to have one option on this list with an in-store option. Sometimes, you want or need to see the quality firsthand, especially when you need to match an exact color.
When you visit your local retail location, you’ll find two full shopping aisles dedicated to wedding decor, but don’t stop there. There are other areas of the store where you can find quality items that will decorate your space to the helm, including hidden gems like taper candle holders, vintage-inspired mirror decor, and wall art.
I highly recommend hitting up the seasonal area, where you’ll score deals on fall-themed, wintry-themed, and other seasonal finds that add unexpected flourishes. To top it off, you’ll be able to reuse many of the pieces at home as decor.
When you can’t get to your local store or you prefer to shop at home, visit their online store. You can buy wedding decor cheap on the storefront with quick, easy shipping. Personally, I prefer shopping on their online storefront vs. the traditional website because it’s quicker and cheaper to ship. On their website, you have to spend a minimum of $50 to get free shipping. And sometimes, the products I need aren’t in stock.
Cheap Wedding Decorations in Bulk
Lastly, here are some helpful links for shopping for decorations in bulk. When you need to find particular items and buy many of them, it’s helpful to purchase in one large, bulk order.
• Wood Slices: The best place for ordering wood slices in bulk from RusticWoodSlices. The quality and customer service are awesome and the wood slices always look fantastic. Use them on your wedding tables as a part of your centerpiece decor for maximum impact.
• Table Runners in Bulk: I prefer to get burlap runners in bulk from MegaDecorSupply; they always look great.
For gauze or chiffon, I decorate with Ling’s Moment or Your Magic Moment, depending on the quantity I need.
• Greenery / Garland: When I need it in a hurry, I buy bulk eucalyptus strands from Lyvdec, as it ships quickly and the decorations always impress me.
When I have plenty of time, or I need to buy greenery in bulk with florals, lamb’s ear, etc., I shop these places.
• Favors in Bulk: Try Beau-Coup for a variety of wedding favors that add decor to your tables at bulk pricing for a discount.
• Flowers: If you’re decorating with faux flowers for your wedding, want to try some DIY bouquets, or need fresh blooms, shop this list for flowers in bulk.
• Centerpieces / Vases: I am always happy with the bud vases from Arme, which offer a variety of uniquely-shaped glass vases for unique looks.
• Pampas Grass: For pampas grass, I order from FloraDream, which has a nice assortment of decor;
• Candles: Candles are something I only buy in bulk because there are a few really reputable companies that offer long burn time and smokeless burning (both very important for weddings).
If you want floating candles, get these:
If you prefer votive candles, I only buy these from Stonebriar. They’ve never let me down and I go through lots of tealight candles.
If I need flameless candles, I opt for these in the 48-pack for cheap. They look very realistic!
And I frequently use votive candles inside mercury glass candle holders, whether gold, silver, or rose gold to match the decor. Darjen offers a great variety of these and I haven’t received broken pieces in my orders.
How to Save Money on Wedding Decor
If you need to cut costs on your decorations, here are four easy ways to do it.
• Rent items when you can
Renting wedding decorations can make perfect sense! You can rent wedding decor from here with nationwide rentals available (and free shipping / return shipping on products).
You can even rent large items, draping, flowers, etc.
• Borrow decor from a friend
If a friend you know recently tied the knot, see if you can borrow some of their items for your nuptials, even at a small fee to offset their costs.
• Buy used wedding decor in your hometown
Many couples buy new and then sell the items on Facebook to recoup their budget. Take advantage of deals in your area by checking them out before you purchase.
• Shop discount wedding decor stores
Don’t overlook the budget decorations available near you. Thrift stores are a popular place to find vintage items and commonplace items (like picture frames and candle holders) that can be brought back to life with a little creativity and perhaps a little bit of paint. :) You’ll score some deals at other places, too, like Walmart, Michaels, or Dollar Tree if you need decoration supplies at the last minute.

It can be cheaper to decorate your wedding on your own, but only if you spend wisely where it counts. Make sure your big focal points like the arch, the head table, the aisle, entry table, and the reception tables are beautifully adorned for maximum impact.
