We’re tackling out another Ask Emmaline question today, this time from bride-to-be Natalie. She wants to know where to buy cotton candy wedding favors at a great price and with many flavors for guests to grab a favorite to-go. She writes,

“Hi Emmaline Bride, do you know anywhere I can get bulk cotton candy wedding favors? Does anyone make them or do I need to make cotton candy in bulk myself? Any help is appreciated. Cotton candy is my fiancé’s favorite! Thanks.”

Hi Natalie! Great question — and definitely a fun idea! Thanks for writing. We did a little digging; recently, I went to the grocery store and found small containers of cotton candy in plastic tubs, but it seemed like a lot of work to scoop them out, re-package them in cuter favor bags, then seal and add a label. (The tubs they were available in were NOT cute enough to give out to guests, imo.) Plus, it was super pricey!

Cotton candy has a relatively short shelf life if you want it to taste super fresh, so I’d recommend ordering early and arranging for shipment to occur within a week of your wedding, if possible. Also, do NOT leave cotton candy outside. It needs to be stored in a cool, dry place or it’ll become a hot, sticky, melty mess.
