Foodie Wedding Favors
We’ve heard of plenty of foodie wedding favors before, but these are unlike any we’ve seen. Each of these favors are not only packed, wrapped, and shipped by hand, but the spices are made by hand, too! Dell Cove Spice Co. was founded by a husband and wife team, David and Patricia Beets, who specialize in handmade popcorn seasonings, BBQ rubs, gourmet cocktail rim sugars and unique food gifts for entertaining with style. And, not only do their products look insanely delicious, but they use only the best ingredients. (You can find out more about the team here.) Now… on to the foodie wedding favors!
1. Gourmet Popcorn Kernels + Popcorn Seasonings
I (Emma here!) looooove popcorn. Many people go to the movies to watch the movie… I go for the popcorn. (If there’s a decent movie, I consider that a bonus.) I also like to make popcorn at home, but I’ve never tried gourmet old-fashioned popping corn. You can gift your wedding guests with these tasty gourmet popcorn favors in a take-home size and/or include popcorn seasoning tins for them to try at home. Plus, they’re no GMO’s added, so you can be assured it’s a quality product.
2. BBQ Spice Rubs
Next up, we have the answer to groomsmen gifts and wedding favors alike: BBQ spice rubs! I don’t know a single person who wouldn’t love a gourmet spice packet to try at dinner in their very own kitchen or at their next outdoor barbecue.
3. Spices for Dips
If you love the idea of the BBQ spice rubs or seasoning packets but prefer it in a dip form, you’re in luck! These are available, too, so guests can be the star of the next tailgate or Superbowl party.
4. Cocktail Sugars + Salts
Give guests these foodie (or, drink-ie rather) wedding favors featuring colored sugars or salts in a take-home tin. And, if you’re serving a signature cocktail at your wedding, you can offer guests these sugars (or salts) at the bar so they can give them a try. Sugars and salts really do make drinks a little tastier (and prettier, too).
Coffee Sugars
And, since I’m such a coffee lover (this is my latest obsession), I couldn’t help but share this equally appealing idea: coffee sugars! These sugars, in vanilla coffee flavor or cinnamon, can be enjoyed by guests at home or at your coffee-themed wedding.
5. Cocktail Sugar Cubes
And, last but not least, these cocktail sugar cubes are a fun and original idea. Guests take home an individually-packed heart-shaped sugar cube packed with flavor. At home, they place the sugar cube to a glass and add liquor of choice (such as vodka, for instance) for an instant, sensational beverage. Cocktail sugar cubes include a drink recipe, too.

I love the, Aspen Love Invites<3<3<3
It’s great to see so many fun and tasty ideas for wedding favors, especially after seeing a lot of comments on Yahoo! Answers about how unnecessary and a waste of money it is to even give favors.
Edible favors are a great idea, and almost all of these favors could be accented with personalized bookmarks too. Or even unpersonalized; print a nice wedding-related poem on one side and details about the type of edible favor on the back side.
After the food part of the favor is gone, the guests will still have the bookmarks left to use in their cookbooks or put on their refrigerators so they always know where they can get or make more of those favors for themselves.
