by Emma Arendoski

Hi lovelies + Happy 4th of July! So, you’re supposed to go to Aunt So-and-So’s BBQ this afternoon and “bring a dish to pass”, but you just now realized you’ve got zip? Fear not. In this post, we’ve rounded up eight festive, totally easy last-minute 4th of July desserts. So, grab a cup of coffee, wakey wakey, and get ready for an explosion of deliciousness just in time for the 4th. With each of these, it’s just a quick hop to the store + a quick whip-up in the kitchen. Of course, #1 looks the hardest of all, but it is dubbed ‘easy’ sparkler cake. So, it’s gotta be, right? Regardless, we’ll save your bbq. And you’ll save some face. Enjoy!
